1. Organizer
Messe Berlin GmbH (organizer) is the sole organizer of the PANORAMA trade show. Rights and obligations resulting from visits to the trade exhibition are substantiated solely between the visitor and the organizer.
2. Entering and leaving the trade show grounds
Visitors may only enter the trade show grounds with a valid ticket. At the end of the event, all visitors must leave the trade show grounds via the signposted exits.
3. Transferring and carrying tickets
Tickets are registered and non-transferrable. Tickets may not be transferred or otherwise be used by any other person other than the person registered on the ticket.
Until leaving the grounds, tickets must be carried at all times and must be presented the stewards whenever requested.
4. Demonstrations and sales prohibited
Without the permission of the organizer, no form of protest, demonstration or display, sale or distribution of documents or goods of any kind is allowed.
5. Weapons prohibited
Weapons or hazardous goods and items may not be brought onto the trade show grounds.
6. Instructions by staff and stewards
Please comply with instructions and directions issued by the venue staff and stewards. In the event of a failure to comply, Panorama reserves the right to request visitors to leave the exhibition venue.
7. No smoking
All enclosed spaces in the exhibition venue are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas, as far as these are provided at the event.
8. General behaviour
Every visitor agrees to behave in a manner that does not endanger, harm, hinder or inconvenience other visitors. That also applies to environmentally friendly behaviour. Any form of littering is prohibited. Rubbish can be disposed of in the correct containers.
9. Liability
The organizer accepts no liability for breach of obligations or prohibited acts by the organizer itself or its agents in the event of damages that do not constitute injury to persons (damages), insofar as this does not involve liability in the case of intent or gross negligence. The organizer is also liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of substantial contractual obligations (material obligations), whose fulfillment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and the compliance with which the customer may and can rely on as a matter of course. Liability for slight negligence is limited to typically foreseeable damages.
As far as the exhibition takes place on a free-standing site, suitable clothing is required, in particular suitable footwear. Please walk on grassy hills/lawns at your own risk. Safe places and roads are signposted in the grounds of the venue.
10. Transfer of rights
By attending the trade exhibition, visitors hereby consent to and grant the organizer and its affiliates, the unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free and transferrable right and license to make and let third parties make film and sound recordings of the visitors and broadcast these images and recordings either by themselves or in cooperation with third parties any number of times in any manner they choose (including live streaming and IPTV), to make them publicly available (on the Internet or on demand), to show them in public, archive them, feed them into databases, reproduce them, and edit them without infringing personal rights for public relation and advertising purposes, for example at trade fairs, exhibitions, and to use them other events and for use in the print media, as well as in any other form of commercial and non-commercial distribution on image or sound media and as part of any of other form of possible unknown use. Without the consent of the visitor, the rights granted are also transferrable to third parties for imminent use.
